We decided to ignore the common caution to never work with family or friends and instead asked “what would it be like if we created a professional team filled with the people who most uplift and inspire us?” Our providers and staff work together 40 hours a week and spend the other 128 being best friends. PYC selected the ampersand as our logo to represent the collective feeling of belonging, commitment and mutual knowing that comes from extraordinary relationships. The ‘&’ is a reminder to always tend to each other, our clients, our community and the space between.
